By using Apprevio's SDK, website, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Apprevio provides a mobile SDK that helps app developers collect more user reviews by simplifying the review submission process. The SDK displays an in-app prompt, generates AI-assisted review text, and facilitates submission to the App Store or Google Play.

2. Acceptable Use

By integrating the Apprevio SDK, you agree to:

• Comply with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines regarding user reviews
• Not use Apprevio to generate fake, fraudulent, or incentivized reviews
• Not use Apprevio to filter or suppress negative reviews (review gating)
• Not use Apprevio in any way that violates the FTC's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials
• Inform your users that AI may assist in generating review text
• Only prompt users who have genuinely used your application

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Apprevio to:

• Generate reviews for apps you do not own or have permission to promote
• Manipulate app store rankings through artificial or coordinated review campaigns
• Collect or store personal data from end users beyond what is disclosed in your own privacy policy
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the SDK
• Resell or sublicense the SDK without written permission from Apprevio

4. AI-Generated Content

Apprevio uses AI to assist users in writing reviews. The generated text is a suggestion — the user retains full control and may edit or discard it before publishing. Apprevio does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

You are responsible for ensuring that any reviews published through your integration comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines.

5. Billing

Apprevio operates on a usage-based model. A "generated review" is counted when a user taps the publish action, triggering the clipboard copy and store redirect. Free tier limits apply as described on our pricing page. Overage charges apply when plan limits are exceeded.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, API changes by Apple or Google, or interruptions to third-party AI services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Apprevio SDK, brand, and website are owned by Apprevio. By integrating the SDK, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your application. You retain ownership of your application and its content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the SDK at any time if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the SDK at any time by removing it from your application.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apprevio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of reviews, app store ranking changes, or revenue loss.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
